Directions: Reenactor parking is located at the maintenance barn. From I-65 exit Rt. 2 at Lowell, Indiana then travel west for about 4.5 miles. You will see park signs at Hendricks Road. Go past those signs to the stop light, then turn left (south) at the light to the stop sign (Belshaw Road). Turn left (east) on Belshaw to reenactor parking. You will see signs stating that the road is closed ahead, but you will be able to get to reenactor parking. Parking Pass Required.

Prohibited Vehicles/Items: Buckley Homestead Park Manager: NO GLASS! The committee is working on ways to continue this program, so everyone won't suffer for those few who don't follow rules. Do your part. Find alternatives for glass. If there is glass found (other than in historic static displays) future programs will be cancelled. We have banned groups for unsafe behavior and legal infractions will continue to do so in the future if necessary.

Other restrictions: There will be Nat'l Guard units using the site at the same time. We'll try to avoid them. Otherwise, behave yourselves! This is a new site within sight of downtown Minneapolis/St Paul. With luck, we will be able to have tacticals there for the foreseeable future.

All Italian front impressions welcome, others (Soviet, Pacific, etc.) encouraged to display, but will not be involved in battles or skirmishes. Hobnailed boots will not be allowed on trollys operationg at the event, but are OK elsewhere. East German boots will be an acceptable alternative due to issues in past with hobnails damaging the original vintage train and trolly floors and due to slipping/falling issues when the trains are in motion and when mounting/dismounting trains during battles.
Prohibited Vehicles/Items: Alcohol is strictly prohibited by museum's insurance, don't get caught.
Other restrictions: No digging or campfires allowed due to extensive, shallow high voltage electrical cables. Bring stoves or backyard/patio metal fireplaces. Directions: Ushers Ferry is easily accessible from I-380 by taking the 42nd Street exit (24a) west, past Edgewood Road to Seminole Valley Road and follow the signs from there.
Authenticity Notes: Open to all WWII impressions from 1939-1945. HRS Safety and Authenticity rules apply.
Prohibited Vehicles/Items: Only wheeled vehicles allowed on village ground. Tracked and Half-Tracked vehicles must be parked as a static display.
